A Team of Caregivers are trained per patient to ensure dependablilty and continunity of care.  

Our Contract are Oral, Pre-paid Budgeted Paid then Performed. 

No Minimums, No Long Term contracts. Week by Week. 

Overtime is charged if over 8 hours in one day or 40 hours in one week by one employee. You may choose to reserve the same person for long shifts but no longer than 12 hours. No 24hr or Live-In Permitted ( usually 3 staff rotate 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7 ) or (2 - 12 hr shift) No staff may work more than 6 days in a row by California Law. 

Week Starts Sunday 12:01am and Ends Saturday 11:59pm. 

Staff is not permitted to work privately and has signed a contract - conflict of interest/right to non-compete. Terms are 6 months post termination. 

No private pay more than tips permitted, No monitary exchange between Employee and Client. 

Staff is not permitted to drive your car. They may drive their own or travel as a passenger or Uber.
